INTRODUZIONE
Il 9 giugno 2021 il Dipartimento Scienze Economiche e Aziendali – DEM dell’Università degli Studi di Pavia effettuerà in via telematica la proclamazione della laurea Triennale e le sedute delle lauree magistrali.
La seduta verrà effettuata via Zoom. La commissione e i candidati dovranno accedere tramite il link riportato più sotto. Per gli spettatori sarà possibile seguire la seduta tramite streaming Youtube.
REGISTRAZIONE E CONDIVISIONE
L’unico motivo per cui è ammessa la registrazione è per motivi di sicurezza. Eventuali registrazioni verranno cancellate automaticamente a sessione completata (dopo gli opportuni tempi tecnici).
Per nessun motivo è permessa la diffusione dei video/audio della seduta, né per le commissioni, né per i partecipanti, né per altre categorie di persone.

La seduta verrà registrata ad uso interno (non disponibile per i partecipanti), così come i dati di connessione, al fine di garantirne il buon funzionamento e successivamente cancellati. Entrando si intendono accettate queste regole insieme a quelle per il diritto d’Autore.
Si prega gentilmente di accedere inserendo cognome e nome (per gli studenti preceduti dalla matricola) per aiutare le operazioni di moderazione. L’operazione può essere fatta al primo accesso o una volta dentro l’aula virtuale dalla lista dei partecipanti

NOTE TECNICHE
Per accedere non c’è bisogno di registrarsi ma per facilitare le operazioni di moderazione verrà chiesto ai candidati di inserire matricola cognome nome.
E’ necessario dotarsi di una videocamera e un sistema microfonico. La maggior parte dei portatili ne è provvisto come anche qualunque cellulare di ultima generazione.
Il sistema è compatibile con qualunque sistema operativo.
Per una migliore visualizzazione, si consiglia di creare la propria presentazione e il proprio dispositivo in 16:9 (Full HD: 1920 x 1080, HD: 1280 x 720, altre: 2560 x 1440, 854 x 480).
E’ possibile presentare anche con un dispositivo mobile utilizzando un formato pdf (per esempio salvando il power point come PDF, dal menu file -> salva come Adobe PDF).

Tutorial ZOOM
Department of Economics and Management courses graduation ceremony sessions – 9th June 2021
INTRODUCTION
On the 9th June 2021 the final dissertation and proclamation for Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at the University of Pavia will be held by remote computer communication
All the sessions will be carried out via Zoom. Follow the corresponding link below to gain access.
MAY I SHARE THE LINK WITH FRIENDS AND RELATIVES?
The graduation session is to be considered as public. Youtube Link will be supply.
LINK TO THE SESSIONS ON ZOOM:
The session will be recorded for internal use only (not available for participants), as well as connection data to ensure the proper functioning. All data will be deleted at the end of the event. By entering the zoom meeting these rules and those concerning copyright are regarded as agreed.
Please kindly join the graduation session with your name and surname (students will be asked to place their registration number before that too) to help moderators. This can be done even after joining the meeting by clicking on the Participants button

All students are invited to make sure their device is working properly by joining the following test room: Link to ZOOM test room for students
Recommended checks: microphone, speakers, webcam, share screen function (for candidates, if necessary)
TECHNICAL NOTES
Registration is not required to join the meeting but moderators may ask candidates to add their registration number to their displayed name and surname.
A webcam and a microphone (when not already integrated) are mandatory. Most modern laptop are already equipped with this kind of system, as well as any newest generation smartphone.
A Zoom version is available for any operating system.
For best results we suggest creating a presentation with a 16:9 ratio and one of the following resolutions: Full HD: 1920 x 1080, HD: 1280 x 720, altre: 2560 x 1440, 854 x 480.
Candidates may also introduce their slides via mobile device using the .pdf format (e.g saving ppt as Adobe PDF file from the upper left “file” menu)
